2. Free Personal & Commercial Use

The characters output by our tools are public Unicode code points defined by the Unicode Consortium. You are completely free to copy, paste, publish, and use transformed text in:

• Personal social media bios, handles, captions, and direct messages.
• Gaming usernames and clan tags across Discord, Steam, Roblox, and competitive titles.
• Commercial advertising campaigns, product packaging, newsletters, and social marketing.
• Digital art, print media, and graphic design projects.

No royalties, licensing fees, or attribution back to Fancy Font Generator are required.

3. Third-Party Platform Policies

While transformed Unicode text is standard data, individual third-party platforms (including Instagram, TikTok, Discord, Roblox, and Steam) enforce their own community guidelines, character limits, moderation filters, and handle constraints.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our generators or transformed text to:

• Impersonate official organizations, verification badges, or legal trademarks deceptively.
• Generate abusive, harassing, defamatory, or unlawful content in violation of local laws.
• Attempt denial-of-service attacks or tamper with client-side code delivery.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Our tools are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Fancy Font Generator be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of transformed text.
